Advisory participation is voluntary, non‑binding, and designed to honor the drivers who built the Command community.

CommandMiles Program for Owner-Operators
Effective Date: 8/1/2026 Global Freight Command 1. Eligibility & EnrollmentCommandMiles is open exclusively to individual Owner-Operators who hold their own active MC/DOT authority. Corporations, LLCs, partnerships, or any fleet entities are not eligible for CommandMiles and will be directed to a separate fleet program when available. Only one person may be enrolled per account. Membership numbers are non-transferable. Members must provide their full legal name as it appears on their CDL or government-issued photo ID. Enrollment and continued participation in CommandMiles constitute the Member’s acceptance of these Program Rules, which form a binding agreement between the Member and Global Freight Command. 2. Ownership of MilesCommandMiles are not the property of any Member. Except as expressly permitted in these Rules or in writing by Global Freight Command, miles may not be sold, bartered, transferred, assigned, pledged, or otherwise conveyed under any circumstances. 3. Earning CommandMilesEvery load successfully dispatched and completed through Global Freight Command earns CommandMiles. Miles are credited after confirmation of successful delivery and payment processing. Global Freight Command reserves the right to determine the number of miles awarded per load and to adjust earning rates at any time. 4. Rewards & RedemptionMembers may redeem CommandMiles for the following (subject to availability and program terms): Cash payouts Charitable donations Fuel credits Maintenance credits Load rate bonuses Lane boosts Other rewards as offered by Global Freight Command All redemptions are final once processed. 5. Elite TiersCommandMiles features the following elite tiers: Bronze → Silver → Gold → PlatinumHigher tiers unlock increased earning multipliers and enhanced benefits. Tier qualification criteria are determined solely by Global Freight Command and may be changed at any time. 6. Command Legends ClubMembers who accumulate 2,000,000 lifetime CommandMiles are enrolled in the Command Legends Club and receive Platinum status for life, along with the following benefits subject to change): Annual 100,000 mile bonus First Right of Refusal on preferred lanes Loyalty Dividends (retirement recognition) A Seat at the Table (advisory participation) 7. Prohibited ConductThe following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all miles and benefits: Selling, bartering, or attempting to transfer miles or benefits Creating or maintaining multiple accounts Fraudulent activity of any kind Any abuse or manipulation of the Program 8. Account ClosureGlobal Freight Command may close a Member’s account at any time for: Fraud or prohibited conduct Violation of these Rules Member request Death of the Member Extended inactivity Upon account closure, all miles and benefits are forfeited. 9. Program Changes & InterpretationGlobal Freight Command reserves the sole right to: Modify, suspend, or terminate the CommandMiles Program or these Rules at any time Interpret and apply these Rules Correct any errors in mileage credits or account status These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
